Meet the Pilgrims

Greetings Corps Family! Yes, we call you family because that is what we are! God is uniting us to love and serve Him together as brothers and sisters through Jesus Christ His Son, our Lord and Saviour!

During this time of transition, we take time to pause and look at our journey of ministry with Jesus. We see story upon story that otherwise would not have been written and we give thanks.
Serving for seventeen years as Corps Officers at home in Newfoundland and five years in Guelph, Ontario we have seen and experienced the hand of God many times over. He has been faithful through changes in our ministry, in our health challenges and He has blessed us beyond measure in areas we never thought possible.

We are thrilled to be coming home and are filled with eager anticipation of this new story that God is writing. Our prayer, as we come to work alongside you, is that “God will throw open the doors of His sky vaults and pour rain on your land on schedule and bless the work you take in hand.” Deut. 28:12 (The Message) Everything is ‘in His time’ and ‘by His hand’. We trust Him.
On Sunday, July 21 we begin our ministry at the Conception Bay South Corps. Emily (17) and Brandon (21) will be joining us on this journey while Timothy (19) will remain in Guelph to continue his education. Please pray for us as our family unit faces the changes that will come.
We look forward to meeting you, worshipping and working with you. We are praying for the CBS Corps and we commit to stand and work with you as together we fulfill our Father’s purpose and plan. God’s blessings on you.
